Rhonda is a founding partner at Franklin, Daurio LLP and earned her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto. She began her career at William Eisenberg and Co., (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) and then moved to Laventhal Horwath (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) where she worked exclusively in Audit and Assurance. Her career path led to becoming a controller of a private IT company for seven years and in 1995 she returned to public practice. She holds both her CPA and CA designations.

Earning his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, Glenn has been dedicated to public practice since the beginning of his career. He started at Clarkson Gordon (now Ernst and Young) where he spent two years before transitioning to Richter (now Ernst and Young). During his 10 year career at that firm he went from manager to partner. Glenn then moved to McLaren, Sanders and Daurio as a partner in 1994 and seven years later, in 2001, became a founding partner of Daurio & Franklin LLP, which continued in 2016 as Franklin Daurio LLP in 2016 after the sale of a business segment. He holds a CPA, LPA and CA designation.  

A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University’s BBA program, Cassandra began her start in public practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she spent five years within their Audit and Financial Advisory Services divisions. She further developed her skills at a publicly traded REIT in the Director of Financial Services position for another five years.  In 2005, Cassandra joined Franklin Daurio LLP specializing in Assurance Engagements.  In addition to her daily professional commitments, she is a part-time practice inspector with CPA Ontario and serves on the Board of Directors of an independent school’s foundation.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and has CPA and CA designations. He began his career at KPMG in the Audit and Assurance sectors where he spent five years. From there, he transitioned into the entertainment industry where he held progressively more senior positions such as Controller of Alliance Productions Limited (now Shaw Communications) and Chief Financial Officer of Knightscove Entertainment Inc. In 2004 Jeff returned to public practice and joined Crowe Soberman as Director of Media Services, heading up their media and entertainment division. In 2007, he joined the Franklin Daurio LLP team. 

Mary completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from York University in 1993 and also studied abroad, majoring in International Business Logistics and Marketing. In August 1997, Mary received special mention in CA Magazine for being the fourth-generation in her family to obtain the CA designation in Ontario. Mary began her career with Price Waterhouse, where she worked for 4 years in audit before moving on to industry.  During her time in industry, Mary worked for a group of start-up technology companies as Controller and then Chief Financial Officer. Mary joined Daurio & Franklin LLP in 2004 and left in 2008 to raise her three children. Since rejoining Franklin Daurio LLP in 2016, Mary has specialized in corporate tax, specifically in the areas of partnerships, as well as trusts, charities, professional corporations and other private entities.

Mona holds a bachelor of Commerce and diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University. With over twenty years of experience, she has developed her skills and is an accomplished CPA and CA.  Her career began as an Auditor at Richter in 1988 and led to other roles such as Assistant Controller for Ziebart International, Accounting Manager role at Apotex Inc. for nearly 7 years and a Director of Finance/Controller for Acosta Sales & Marketing for 14 years.  She joined Franklin Daurio LLP in 2018 and focuses on NTR, Corporate and Personal income taxes.

Tonia received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and went on to work at KPMG Toronto for three years where she specialized in financial institutions including banks, brokers and insurance companies while earning her CA designation. In 1997, she moved to KPMG New York where she worked for six years most notably on the Deutsche Bank and Citigroup audits as a manager. Tonia took time off to have a family and returned to the workplace in 2018 as an audit consultant here at Franklin Daurio LLP. 

Howard earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and has a CPA and CA designation. He began his career at Wm. Eisenberg and Co. and moved on to Thorne Ernst & Whinney to complete his CA designation. He has spent the majority of his career in industry working in progressive finance roles for Olympia & York Developments Ltd., Carlton Cards Ltd (Manager, Financial Reporting), Polaroid Canada Inc. (Assistant Controller) and Construction Distribution (Controller). As part of the Franklin Daurio team, Howard is focusing on compilation engagements, corporate and personal taxes.
